  Every year, YU-WRITE showcases a range of work from Graduate Students and recent Alumni. The Open-Call has no specific theme in education as we want to highlight as much work from graduate students in education. Education is a broad term and does not always mean the “brick-and-mortar” school, but rather education as a philosophy or something we learn with or from. This year, we are excited to be including an Open- Call for a  Special Issue on Black Mothers Writing in Canada and Beyond with Dr. Stephanie Fearon!

  The York Graduate Students in Education (YGSE) cordially invites you to the 19th annual Graduate Student Conference in Education. This year’s conference will be offered in a hybrid format, with virtual and in-person sessions. The conference allows graduate students (Master and PhD) to present their creative and scholarly works in a collaborative, professional, and welcoming environment.
